FITNESS

Yoga for Motherhood | 2nd and 4th Sundays continuing March 25 at 5 pm
This class is for the strengthening of the community, mind and body of the mother.  A class for mothers is a hard thing to encourage as we often have so many reasons NOT to come. But it is important. For the support from other women, for the support from our family, for a few moments of silence! For this reason this class is set up community style. Meaning, you pay what you think appropriate each week. Everyone’s little bit in the pot will be put towards the instructor’s own classes and learning, so she may have new and important knowledge to bring our community.  This class is for all women on the path of motherhood. Women preparing for pregnancy, expecting mamas, women with small children, mamas with big children. All of us.  FREE.  Only mamas please.  BYO mat, if possible.  Class given by Sherene Cauley of The Nurtured Life.
Mommy & Me Fitness Class | Saturday, March 24th at 9 am (FULL) or Wednesday, March 28th at 7:15 pm
You & your little one will get some quality time as you bond through exercise.  Our class offers varying intensity to melt away the inches, lose the pounds & feel fit again.  Your baby will enjoy stretching, dancing and cuddling with you throughout your workout routine.  Mommy & Me integrates portions of weight lifting (using your baby, of course), aerobics & dance.  Little ones up to 18 mos. please.  Don’t wait – space is limited for our introductory expo classes!  Sign up with Greenberries today!  The first 2 classes are free with a suggested $10 per class donation with proceeds to benefit Girls on the Run.  Class is given by Lisa Martin of Salvere Health and Fitness (formerly Wellness Evolution).
