DUTIES + TAXES REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. Refunds will be issued for the product price. If you are returning a purchase and were charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses within the United States, please email contact@cleverlychanging.com. For international orders, please email contact@cleverlychanging.com for assistance.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number.
