The workout’s theme is based on Disney’s new movie to help empower people to get healthy by moving. No Washington Sports Club membership is required to participate in the classes.

Take control of your own destiny! Teach your body to be healthy. Just in time for Disney/Pixar’s latest summer blockbuster BRAVE, the Washington Sports Club is featuring the “Disney/Pixar BRAVE – Change Your Fate Workout”– designed to encourage participants to channel their inner bravery and transform their bodies. Set to empowering, upbeat tracks, the dance-based cardio and strength training class highlights BRAVE’s main character Merida’s passions – archery, swordsmanship and horseback riding – by integrating unique equipment such as a fitness bow and a wooden sword to torch calories while toning muscle.
BRAVE THEMED CLASSES ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
