Have you filled your tummy with delicious watermelon, but felt like you had enough before all of it was consumed? If so, and you are trying decide what to do with the leftovers consider making a refreshing watermelon berry smoothie.
(Makes several servings)
- 1/4 of the watermelon ~ about 6 cups of seeded cold watermelon
- 2/3 cup of mango
- 1/3 cup of frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 8 Ice cubes
Add watermelon, mango, strawberries, lemon juice, honey, and ice cubes into a blender and blend until smooth.
