Join My 14 day #CleverlyFitMoms Challenge

Motherhood, is challenging. 8 years ago when I started CleverlyChanging, I felt that my entire life was geared towards my children. I was nursing my babies for what felt like all day! I needed an outlet, which is how CleverlyChanging was born. One of the issues with blogging is that a lot of it is sedentary.  Simply sitting in front of a computer screen for hours has had a negative impact on my exercise life. Over the 8 years, I realized that in the last 2 following a car accident I gained 20 pounds. As I try to reverse the damage of not exercising, I am going to give my readers an opportunity to join me. Next month is my birthday and I want to start new habits that will have me feeling younger.

Why Now?

Why not now? You don’t need January 1st to be visible on a calendar for you to recognize that change is needed. I’m approaching my 36th birthday and my body is telling me that now is the time to make some changes. If you can answer yes to anyone of the following 3 questions then you need to commit to my 14-day #CleverlyFitMoms challenge:

  1. Do you feel stressed from your day?
  2. Would you love to have more energy throughout the day?
  3. Do you want to have a better night’s rest

I would love to have all 3 so one simple solution to each of the problems mentioned is exercise. You don’t have to do it alone.

Only 15 minutes of your day are needed

This challenge can take as little as 15 minutes a day to complete. You can add to it to make it longer by doubling the workouts, but the key is to start from where you are. For me, my biggest problem area is my stomach. After having my girls I never lost my big belly and it shows making me extremely self conscious about it.
